The Hermosa Beach Museum exists for the purpose of preserving and chronicling the history of Hermosa Beach. Established in 1987, its offices and the museum are located in the Hermosa Beach Community Center, which is located at 710 Pier Avenue (the large building on the southwest corner of Pier Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway).
Our members support mission to engage, delight, and educate the community through the presentation and exploration of history. Museum members receive admission to our monthly educational programing, and special invitations to feature events, exhibition openings, and our annual gala fundraiser.
